Crochet Baby Blanket I Love You Round The Moon

This is the pattern for my I Love Your Round The Moon blanket,  When my children were little they had a friend who said "I love you, passed the trees, passed the stars, round the moon and back again" to his mum  and those words have stuck with me for around 20 years and decided I would like to share them on a blanket design (with permission for the little lads mum of course).

The finished product would make a great gift for any child or loved one or why not purchase the pattern and wool as a set as a gift to a crocheter you may know.

I have used around 600g of Stylecraft Babies light blue dk yarn, 100g Stylecraft babies lemon yellow, 100g Stylecraft Babies mint green and 100g Stylecraft in Parchment .

The pattern has both a chart and written pattern so you you can use both or either depending on your preference. and has been tested, the tester was a lady who was new to colour changing so the pattern is suitable for people who have not been crocheting long.

The blanket measures 36 inches x 49 inches if made with the suggested yarns.

I have used UK terminology but only three stitches are used, chain, bobble and double crochet (US single crochet) so simply read DC as SC for US terminology.
