This is my crochet pattern for the childs top down, no sew bobble stitch jacket / cardigan. This is for the digital download.
The pattern uses UK terminology and is written in English. The pattern is suitable for intermediate crocheters
Top down - worked from the neck down to the waist hem, then armpit to cuff so if you wish to make is longer or shorter you can, it can be extended as a long jacket or reduced to a cropped cardigan.
Perfect for Pride in these beautiful rainbow colours.
No sew - the jumper is worked as one piece, you do not end up with lots of pieces to sew together.
This is a very simple, straight forward pattern suitable for intermediate crocheter, give it a try! I am happy to help.
The jacket requires between 200g and 600g of double knit yarn depending on what size you are making and up to 13 buttons, again depending on size. This is a perfect jacket as a stash buster which is why I have called it the scrappy jacket.
The pattern has instructions for ages 0-3 months through to 12 years.
I have my email and Instagram and Facebook contacts on the pattern so you are able to easily contact me if you want to discuss the project, need help,
The pattern is written in English and uses UK - DC - Double Crochet (which is a US single crochet), TC - Treble Crochet (which is a US double crochet), chain, slip stitch and DC back loop only (with instructions on how to do this) (which is a US single crochet back loop only) . There are lots of pictures for reference.
